OLÉ DIGITAL WAIVERS (SmartWaiver)

Beginning February 2024, OLÉ has implemented a new Digital Liability Waiver process.

SmartWaiver is the solution, OLÉ is using for our Digital Waivers.

The benefits of our Digital Waivers:

  • The waivers are valid for 1 year, after the signed date.
  • Parents/Guardians can add multiple children/minors to a single waiver.
  • Olé will reduce paper consumption, which is good for the environment!
