The Ole Development Academy (ODA) is an advanced soccer development program designed to prepare young players for the next step in their soccer journey: joining competitive travel and academy teams.
Our goal is to build a strong technical foundation while introducing players to the fundamentals of team soccer. Through structured training and small-sided games, players develop their dribbling, passing, ball control, coordination, and understanding of the game.
ODA focuses on helping players learn how to play as part of a team, make decisions on the field, understand basic positioning, and develop the confidence and skills needed to transition into our CFC Academy teams.
Program Details:
Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00–6:00 PM
Location: Ole Training Center, 5 Victoria Drive, Monroe, CT

ODA is an invitation-only program. All interested players must complete an evaluation to determine their readiness for the program.
