Stephen Neugebauer “coach Steve” joins the Olé Team with 20+ years of experience in coaching strength and conditioning to a wide range of athletes from elementary school through the professional level in multiple sports. Coach will be training our athletes to improve their speed, quickness, and strength, to both improve their athleticism in soccer and to prevent injuries. Coach Steve has a passion for developing athletes both physically and mentally. He believes through hard work and discipline, athletes’ confidence will flourish, helping them realize their true potential and ultimately their dreams.

He is a graduate of St. Joseph High School-Trumbull, CT and Villanova University, where he was a two sport athlete (Football, Track & Field) in both high school and the college level. Currently, Steve is the Head Boys Track & Field Coach at St. Joseph High School as well as the Defensive Coordinator for the Newtown High School Football Team. He is also a professional Firefighter-EMT for the West Shore Fire Department in West Haven, CT.
