Youth soccer – similar to the professional game – has evolved over the years and is now faster and more technical. This makes it even more important for young players to train consistently and “learn from the best.”
The Ole coaching staff strives to:
- Provide every child the opportunity to learn by playing
- Sharpen game instincts with small-sided play
- Train “team-thinking” for quick decision making
- Teach proficiency at different positions
The “Ole advantage” sees soccer as the perfect way to learn about life. Our coaches teach children how to play soccer and also encourage them to respect their teammates, behave in a proper manner, and learn how to work in a group to achieve success – on the field and off.
Our coaching directors are all USSF and Brazilian CBF-licensed. Our coaches have degrees/certifications in division and college coaching, physical education, strength and conditioning, personal training, injury prevention, and CPR.
